Lloyds Metals board to consider stock split

A meeting of the board of directors of Lloyds Metals & Engineers will be held on Sep 08,2007,to consider sub-division (Stock split) of existing equity capital of the company and also at the same meeting the board will consider to issue of warrants on preferential basis, which will later get converted into equity shares to non promoters.
