Electrosteel Castings Stock Split Record date

Electrosteel Castings has fixed the record date for the Stock Split as 24 September 2007. Electrosteel Castings has previously
announced to the exchanges that the board has approved the sub-divison of shares in the ratio of 10:1. Shares of Electrostell Castings closed up 6% today after the annoucement of the record date.
