The members of Compucom Software, at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 11, 2007, decided sub-division of equity share of Rs 10 each, into 5 shares of Rs 2 each. Record date for the Compucom Software split shares have not yet been fixed and will informed to the exchanges later.
Further, the members confirmed the payment of interim dividend and declared final dividend at 15% that is Re 1.50 a share, as recommended by the board ofdirectors.
