The enquiry commitee which has been laid on the Hyderabad flyover mishap has today made its report to the public. Gammon India has been given clean chit but the Committee has fined Gammon India 10% of the total cost of the Project and also the company will bear all the costs incurred by the inviduals who are involved in the mishap.
The enquiry committee report reads that the collapse of the flyover was due to soil erosion caused by digging of trenches and heavy rains and it added that Gammon has not taken enough care to prevent the mishap.
