Futura Polyesters Rights Issue

Future Polyesters Rights issue will be considered by the board members in their upcoming meeting to be held on May 30, 2008. Future Polyesters in an announcement made to the exchanges has informed that they are planning to consider and approve issue of equity shares on Rights basis to the existing share holders of the company.
