BEL declares Oct.17 as record date for Dividend

The shareholders of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) at the 53rd annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 20, 2007, declared payment of 140% final dividend at Rs 14 a share on the paid up equity capital of the company.

BEL has fixed Oct. 17, 2007 as the due date for the payment of final dividend, for the year 2006-07.
