New Delhi-based paper manufacturer, Magnum Ventures announced on Wednesday that the company fixed the offer price at Rs 30 a share for its initial public offer of upto 17,640,750 shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price decided through a 100% book building process. The company had earlier fixed the price band between Rs 27 and Rs 30 a share.
The issue closed on Aug. 30, 2007 and it was subscribed 2.95 times. The IPO received bids for 51.9 million shares, which included bids for 17.4 million shares at the cut off price.
