IT People to raise Rs 45cr via FPO

IT People India, an e-recruitment and consulting company, has filed the red herring prospectus (RHP) for its follow-on public offer (FPO) of Rs 2 each to raise Rs 45.25 crore.

The issue will open on August 27, 2007 and close on August 31, 2007.

Book running lead managers to the issue are Khandwala Securities and Religare Securities. Bigshare Services Private Ltd is the registrar to the issue.
