MSK Projects board recommends final dividend:MSK Projects India informed that, the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Sep. 2, 2007 recommended final dividend of 10% on the equity share capital of the company for the year 2006-07.

NMDC declares 85% final dividend:National Mineral Development, India`s single largest iron ore producer and exporter declared final dividend of 85% for the year ended March 2007. The total dividend amounts to Rs 1.1234 billion.
The company also changed the name of the corporation from `National Mineral Development` to `NMDC Ltd.`

Rathi Udyog board recommends 5% dividend:The board of directors of Rathi Udyog (RUL) at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended 5% dividend.

Spanco Telesystems board recommends 18% dividend:The board of directors of Spanco Telesystems and Solutions, at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended payment of dividend of 18% on equity shares for the financial year 2006 –07.

UP Hotels declares 20% dividend:The members of UP Hotels at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sept. 01, 2007, declared dividend of 20% on equity shares.The dividend will be paid on or after Sept. 01, 2007, the company said.

Tirupati Foam board recommends 18% dividend:The board of directors of Tirupati Foam at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended 18% dividend on equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Webel-Sl Energy board approves 100% dividend:The board of directors of Webel-Sl Energy Systems at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended dividend of 100% on the paid up value of the shares of the company.

Anil Modi Oil Industries board to consider dividend:A meeting of the board of directors of Anil Modi Oil Industries, will be held on Sep. 03, 2007 to recommend dividend to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2006-07.

Hipolin board recommends 10% dividend:The board of directors of Hipolin at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended dividend at the rate of 10% on equity share capital of the company.

Tera Software board recommends 20% dividend:The board of directors of Tera Software, at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended dividend at the rate of 20% for the financial year 2006-2007.

Ram Ratna Wires declares 7.5% dividend:The members of Ram Ratna Wires, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 31, 2007 declared a dividend of 7.50% on equity shares for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Ahluwalia Contracts board declares 15% final dividend:The board of directors of Ahluwalia Contracts, at its meeting held on Sep. 3, 2007, declared final dividend of 15% i.e Rs 0.30 a share of Rs 2 each to the equity shareholders of the company.

Ind Swift board recommends 20% dividend:The board of directors of Ind Swift at its meeting held on Sep. 3, 2007 recommended a dividend of 20% on equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Graphite India declares 50% final dividend:The members of Graphite India, at the annual general meeting (AGM) held on Aug. 1, 2007, declared special and final dividend of 50% on equity shares of Rs 2 each for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Prime Securities declares 30% final dividend:The shareholders of Prime Securities, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 30, 2007, declared final dividend of 30% on equity shares for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Nectar Lifesciences board recommends 20% dividend:The board of Nectar Lifesciences recommended a final dividend of 20%, that is Rs 2 a share, of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year 2006-07.

Jindal Photo board recommend 10% final dividend:The board of Jindal Photo recommended a final dividend of 10% for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.The above decision was taken by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Sep. 3, 2007.
