Grindwell Norton announces Special interim Dividend

Grindwell Norton Board, at its meeting held on December. 12, 2007 has declared a special interim dividend of Rs. 4 per share to the share holders of the company. Grindwell Norton  is abrasives manufacturer with the company growing well in the last qurters. The stock prices of Grindwell Norton closed at Rs. 170 on the BSE on Wednesday. Record date for the Dividend is not yet announced by the company.
