Lincoln Pharmaceuticals board to consider dividend :A meeting of the board of directors of Lincoln Pharmaceuticals will be held on Aug. 30, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-07. The board will also consider the audited financial accounts for the year 2006-07.

Elder Pharma board to recommend dividend:A meeting of the board of directors of Elder Pharmaceuticals will be held on Aug. 28, 2007, for approving the audited financial results of the company for the year ended March 2007 and for recommendation of dividend.

Lloyd Electric board to consider dividend:A meeting of the board of directors of Lloyd Electric & Engineering will be held on Aug. 30, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Maharashtra Seamless board recommends 30% dividend : The board of directors of Maharashtra Seamless, at its meeting held on Aug. 22, 2007, recommended a final dividend of 30%, that is Rs 1.50 a share of face value Rs 5 each for year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Tera Software board to consider dividend :Tera Software said its board of directors will meet on August 31, to consider recommendation of dividend and the financial accounts of the company for FY`07.

Prithvi Information board to consider dividend:A meeting of the board of directors of Prithvi Information Solutions, will be held on Aug. 29, 2007, to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-07.
