Dolphin Offshore declares 25% dividend :The shareholders of Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sept. 07, 2007, declared a dividend of 25%.

Vakrangee Softwares declares 15% dividend : The shareholders of Vakrangee Softwares, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sep. 08, 2007, declared dividend of Rs 1.50 a share, i.e 15%.

Amarjothi Spinning Mills board recommends 14% dividend : The board of directors of Amarjothi Spinning Mills at its meeting held on Aug. 25, 2007, proposed a 14% dividend, subject to approval of the shareholders on the annual general meeting.

Kaycee Industries board recommends 10% dividend : The board of directors of Kaycee Industries on Aug. 18, 2007, recommended a final dividend of 10%, or Rs 10 a share, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year 2006-07.

Upper Ganges board to recommend dividend : Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries announced on Monday that the board of directors of the company will meet on Sep. 21, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend on equity share capital of the company.

Hikal declares dividend : The members of Hikal, at the 19th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 23, 2007, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 6.50 a share including Rs 3.00 a share as declared as interim dividend for the year 2006-07 by the board of directors of the company for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
