Winsome Textile declares 7% dividend : The members of Winsome Textile Industries, at its annual general meeting held on Sep. 28, 2007 declared dividend of 7%, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

West Coast Paper declares dividend :The members of West Coast Paper Mills, at its annual general meeting held on Sep. 29, 2007 declared dividend of Rs 15 a share, of the face value Rs 10 each.

Omax Autos declares 22.5% dividend : The members of Omax Autos, at its meeting held on Sep. 28, 2007 declared dividend of 22.5%, or Rs 2.25 a share, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Modern Shares declares 5% dividend : The members of Modern Shares & Stockbrokers, at its annual general meeting held on Sep. 28, 2007, declared dividend of 5% for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

MRF board to consider interim dividend : India’s largest tyre maker, MRF said on Tuesday that the board of directors will meet on Oct. 25, 2007 to consider the declaration of second interim dividend for the year ended Sep. 30, 2007.
