Grabal Alok board recommends 10% dividend :The board of directors of Grabal Alok Impex at its meeting held on Sept. 04, 2007, recommended equity dividend of 10% for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

UTV Software recommends 25% interim dividend:A meeting of the members of UTV Software Communications will be held on Sept. 25, 2007 to confirm the interim dividend of Rs 2.50 a share of Rs 10 each paid during the year and to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs 26 billion to Rs 36 billion consisting of 36,000,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

VST Tillers declares 40% dividend : VST Tillers said on Wednesday that the members of the company at its AGM approved declaration of dividend at 40% for the financial year 2006-07.

State Trading Corporation of India 40% dividend : The book closure dates for AGM and payment of final dividend @ 40% will be from September 21, 2007 to September 26, 2007 (both days inclusive).
