Jaiprakash Associates declares 16% final dividend : The members of Jaiprakash Associates, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 30, 2007, confirmed interim dividend of 20% and declared final dividend of 16% for the financial year 2006-07.

Maharashtra Elektrosmelt declares dividend : The members of Maharashtra Elektrosmelt, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 24, 2007, declared dividend at the rate of Rs 2 a share.

Sulabh Engineers board recommends 6% dividend : The board of directors of Sulabh Engineers & Services recommended a dividend of 6% on equity shares of Rs 10 each (Rs 0.60 a share) for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company. The AGM is scheduled on Sep. 27, 2007.
