Kovilpatti Lakshmi board to declare dividend :The company has informed the exchanges that,a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Aug.27, 2007 to consider, post amalgamated audited accounts, declaration of dividend, book closure etc, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
Zandu Pharmaceutical board to consider dividend:A meeting of the board of directors of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works will be held on Aug. 28, 2007, to consider and take on record annual audited accounts for the year ended March 2007 and for the recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any.
Lokesh Machines board to consider dividend:Lokesh Machines informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Aug. 27, 2007, to consider the date and venue of the 23rd annual general meeting and to fix book closure date for annual general meeting (AGM).The board at the same meeting will consider and approve the audited financial results and recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 2007.
