RTS Power to consider final Dividend: A meeting of the board of directors of RTS Power Corporation will be held on Aug. 29, 2007 to consider payment of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Lumax Automotive board to recommend dividend:Lumax Automotive Systems announced on Monday that the board of directors will meet on August 27 to discuss on recommendation of 12% dividend on the equity shares of the company for the approval of the shareholders in the annual general meeting.

Karur KCP board recommends dividend :The board of directors of Karur KCP Packkagings recommended a dividend of 10% on equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. The above decision was taken at the board meeting held on Aug. 18 , 2007.

Gupta Synthetics board recommends dividend :The board of directors of Gupta Synthetics recommended dividend of 10% on shares of face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year Mar. 31, 2007. The above decision was taken at the board meeting held on Aug. 20, 2007.

Smruthi Organics board recommends 25% dividend: Smruthi Organics announced on Monday that the board of directors on Jul. 31, 2007 recommended 25% dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.

Simplex Infrastructures to recommend dividend:Simplex infrastructures Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 19, 2007. The Company has further informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2007 to September 19, 2007 (both days inclusive) to ascertain the entitlement of dividend on equity shares, if any.
