International Travel members approve 30% final dividend : The members of International Travel House, at its 26th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep.18, 2007, approved the dividend of 30%, or Rs 3 a share, as final dividend for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Wyeth members approve 300% final dividend : The members of Wyeth, at the 59th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 31, 2007, approved declaration of dividend of Rs 30 a share, or 300%, on equity shares of Rs 10 each, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Simplex Infra declares 80% dividend : The members of Simplex Infrastructures, at its meeting held on Sep. 19, 2007 declared dividend of 80%, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Shivalik Bimetal declares dividend : The members of Shivalik Bimetal Controls, at its meeting held on Aug. 20, 2007 declared dividend of Re 0.25 a share for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Oudh Sugar board to recommend dividend : The board of directors (BoD) of Oudh Sugar Mills will meet on Sep. 28, 2007, to consider recommendation of dividend. The board will also consider approving audited accounts of the company for the financial year ended Jun. 30, 2007.
