Suryalata Spinning Mills, Board members at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on Nov. 17, 2007, approved the scheme of demerger of its polyester yarn division at Ramtek.       
           
Share price of  Suryalata Spinning Mills closed at  Rs 38.6 on the BSE at close of Friday’s Trading Session.
