Ess Dee Aluminium to issue 1.41 million Equity shares :An extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) of the members of Ess Dee Aluminium, will be held on Sep. 3, 2007 to offer, issue and allot up to 1.41 million equity shares of the company of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 575 an equity share, by way of preferential allotment.

Out of the total 1.41 equity shares, 0.775 million shares will be allotted to Morgan Stanley India investment Fund and 0.635 million shares will be allotted to Morgan Stanley Growth Fund.

Parsvnath Developers board to raise Rs 3 bn  :The board of directors of Parsvnath Developers approved to raise short-term funds by way of issue of non-convertible debentures/bonds on private placement basis for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 3 billion with a tenure of less than 365 days

Gujarat Industries to set up 500 MW expansion project :The board of directors of Gujarat Industries Power Company decided to set up 500 MW expansion project with an option to go for 20% additional lignite based expansion project at Surat.

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ board to consider dividend : A meeting of the board of Zodiac-JRD-MKJ will be held on Aug. 24 , 2007 to consider dividend and audited accounts for
the year ended Mar. 31, 2007

Bijlee Textiles Board to recommend dividend  :Bijlee Textiles announced that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Aug. 23, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend for the year 2006-07.

Wheel & Axle Board to recommend Dividend :A meeting of the board of directors of Wheel & Axle Textiles will be held on Aug. 23, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend.
