India’s top telecom operator , Bharti Airtel has announced its results and the consolidated net profit stood at Rs 1643.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30,2007.
The company’s consolidated net profit grew by 87.04% when compared to Rs 8,788.40 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
Bharti Airtel has reported better-then-expected growth in standalone net profit at Rs 16,191.50 million for the September 2007. Net Sales in the quarter stood at Rs 60,598.90 million up by 45% from the previous year quarter’s sales.

Net Profit of Rs. 8213.28 lacs for the quarter ended on 30-SEP-2007 against Rs. 2566.23 lacs for the quarter ended on 30-SEP-2006.

DLF has also informed the Indian Stock Exchanges that the Board of Directors of the company declared Interim Dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for the Financial Year 2007-2008.
Stock price of DLF closed today at Rs 963.15 up 5.78% on the Bombay Stock Exchange based on the good results the company has posted.

ONGC registered healty rise in Net Profits this quarter when compared to previous quarter’s Net profit of Rs 4,173.98 crore. The company’s Q2 standalone Net sales stood at Rs 15,413.9 crore as against the previous quarter’s sales of Rs 4,173.98 crore.
