SRF Polymers Board members in their meeting held yesterday has fixed the offer price. Previously it is known that two companies named Bhairav and Narmada Farms have made an open offer to the SRF Polymer share holders. In the Board meeting held, the open offer price is fixed at Rs. 180 per share for the share holders who would like to surrender thier shares in the open offer. SRF Polymers Open offer will open on 17th Jan, 2008 and will close on 5th Feb, 2008.
SRF Polymers share price closed at Rs. 177.50 up 2.13 per cent on the BSE.
