Board of Directors meeting of the IT major Infosys Technologies will be held on October 11,2007 to consider the second quarter financial results and half year ending September 30,2007.
The Board of Directors in the same meeting would also consider payment of interim dividend. If any dividend is announced, Oct. 19, 2007 is fixed as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
