PAE Members approve 10% Dividend :The members of PAE, at their 57th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Jul. 30, 2007, approved the declaration of dividend of 10% a share for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007 and adopted final annual accounts of the company for the same period (2006-2007).
ICI India approves Rs27 /Share Dividend :The members of ICI India, at their 53rd annual general meeting (AGM) held on Jul. 19, 2007, approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 27 a share for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007 and adoption of final annual accounts of the company for the same period (2006-2007).
Xpro India Board approves Rs1.50/Share Dividend:The members of Xpro India, at their 10th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Jul. 26, 2007, approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 1.50 a shares for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

ITC approves 31% Dividend :The members of ITC at their annual general meeting (AGM) held on Jul. 27, 2007, approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 3.10 a share to be rounded off by such sum as may be required, on fully paid share of Re 1 each, out of the net profit of the company for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Tata Metaliks declares Dividend :The members of Tata Metaliks at its 17th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Aug.13, 2007,declared a dividend at the rate of Rs 6 a share on the equity share capital of the company for the year ended Mar.31,2007.
Berger Paints declares Final and Interim Dividend:The members at annual general meeting (AGM) of Berger Paints India confirmed payment of interim dividend of 30%, i.e Rs 0.60 an equity share, to the members of the company and declared a final dividend of 20%, i.e. Rs 0.40 a equity share, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
LIC Housing declares 30% Dividend :The members of LIC Housing Finance, at the 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company, approved the declaration of final dividend at the rate of 30% a share on equity share for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. Further the members also decided to increase the share capital from Rs 1 billion to Rs 1.5 billion.
SKS Logistics Board recommends dividend :The board of directors of SKS Logistics, at its meeting held on Aug. 14, 2007, recommended a dividend of Rs 0.75 an equity share of Rs 10 each for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007, subject to the approval of shareholders.

The members at Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Varun Shipping declared final dividend of 15%, Rs 1.50 a share for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
The members also adopted the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007 and also increased the borrowing power limit of the board of directors from Rs 30 billion to Rs 50 billion .
The above decision was taken by the members at the AGM held on Aug.14, 2007.
The net profit of the company increased 5 times to Rs 1,268.25 million for the quarter ended June 2007, as compared with Rs 235.77 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
Net sales rose 31.40% to Rs 1,935.02 million for the quarter ended June 2007 as against Rs 1,472.59 million in the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
