September 3rd, 2007 — Dividends
MSK Projects board recommends final dividend:MSK Projects India informed that, the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Sep. 2, 2007 recommended final dividend of 10% on the equity share capital of the company for the year 2006-07.
NMDC declares 85% final dividend:National Mineral Development, India`s single largest iron ore producer and exporter declared final dividend of 85% for the year ended March 2007. The total dividend amounts to Rs 1.1234 billion.
The company also changed the name of the corporation from `National Mineral Development` to `NMDC Ltd.`
Rathi Udyog board recommends 5% dividend:The board of directors of Rathi Udyog (RUL) at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended 5% dividend.
Spanco Telesystems board recommends 18% dividend:The board of directors of Spanco Telesystems and Solutions, at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended payment of dividend of 18% on equity shares for the financial year 2006 –07.
UP Hotels declares 20% dividend:The members of UP Hotels at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sept. 01, 2007, declared dividend of 20% on equity shares.The dividend will be paid on or after Sept. 01, 2007, the company said.
Tirupati Foam board recommends 18% dividend:The board of directors of Tirupati Foam at its meeting held on Aug. 31, 2007, recommended 18% dividend on equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

August 31st, 2007 — Dividends
The board members of KCP at the annual general meeting held on Aug.13, 2007 have approved and confirmed the interim dividend of 100%.
KCP registered a 62.40% growth in net profit to Rs 165.00 million for the quarter ended June 2007 as compared with Rs 101.60 million for the same quarter last year.
Shares of the company closed up Rs 3.05 , or 0.93%, to Rs 332.00. The total volume of shares traded was 7,796 at the BSE.

Bajaj Steel board recommends dividend:Bajaj Steel Industries announced that, the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Aug. 23, 2007 recommended dividend of 20% i.e. Rs 2 a share for the financial year 2006-2007.
Unichem Labs declares 100% interim dividend:Unichem Laboratories declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 a share of Rs 5 each (100%), already paid for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
Carborundum Universal declares 75% dividend:Carborundum Universal declared 75% (Rs 1.50 a share of Rs 2 each) dividend for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
Godrej Industries declares 100% final dividend : Godrej Industries declared a final dividend of 100%, or Rs 1 a share, during the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
August 24th, 2007 — Dividends
Madras Cements confirmed the first and second interim dividend of 75%, or Rs 7.50 a share, and declared a final dividend of 100%, or Rs 10 a share. The total dividend the company would be pay would be 250% (Rs 25 per equity share) for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
The above decision was taken by the members at the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Jul. 27, 2007
Shares of the company closed up Rs 25, or 0.76%, at Rs 3,318.95 on Bombay Stock Exchange.

Maharashtra Seamless board recommends 30% dividend : The board of directors of Maharashtra Seamless, at its meeting held on Aug. 22, 2007, recommended a final dividend of 30%, that is Rs 1.50 a share of face value Rs 5 each for year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
