Lakshmi Mills declares 12% dividend :The members of Lakshmi Mills Company at the 97th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 30, 2007declared dividend of 12% on the paid-up capital of the company for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Supreme Yarns declares 10% dividend :The members of Supreme Yarns, at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on Sep. 15, 2007, declared dividend of 10% for the year 2006-07.

Jaiprakash Associates declares 16% final dividend : The members of Jaiprakash Associates, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 30, 2007, confirmed interim dividend of 20% and declared final dividend of 16% for the financial year 2006-07.

Vakrangee Softwares declares 15% dividend : The shareholders of Vakrangee Softwares, at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sep. 08, 2007, declared dividend of Rs 1.50 a share, i.e 15%.

Amarjothi Spinning Mills board recommends 14% dividend : The board of directors of Amarjothi Spinning Mills at its meeting held on Aug. 25, 2007, proposed a 14% dividend, subject to approval of the shareholders on the annual general meeting.

Kaycee Industries board recommends 10% dividend : The board of directors of Kaycee Industries on Aug. 18, 2007, recommended a final dividend of 10%, or Rs 10 a share, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year 2006-07.

Upper Ganges board to recommend dividend : Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries announced on Monday that the board of directors of the company will meet on Sep. 21, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend on equity share capital of the company.

Hikal declares dividend : The members of Hikal, at the 19th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 23, 2007, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 6.50 a share including Rs 3.00 a share as declared as interim dividend for the year 2006-07 by the board of directors of the company for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Rosekamal Textiles board recommends dividend : The board of directors of Rosekamal Textiles at its meeting held on Aug. 23, 2007, recommended 1% dividend, on 1 million equity shares of the company.

Bijlee Textiles board recommends dividend : The board of Bijlee Textiles, at its meeting held on Aug. 23, 2007 proposed dividend of 10% on 500,000 equity shares.

Genus Overseas board recommends 15% dividend : The board of directors of Genus Overseas Electronics, at its meeting held on August 22, 2007, proposed a final dividend of 15% for the year 2006-2007.

Pritish Nandy Comm. declares dividend :The members at the 14th annual general meeting (AGM) of Pritish Nandy Communications held on Sep. 06, 2007, approved declaration of 10% dividend on the paid-up equity share capital of the company for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
