Lakshmi Mills declares 12% dividend :The members of Lakshmi Mills Company at the 97th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Aug. 30, 2007declared dividend of 12% on the paid-up capital of the company for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
Supreme Yarns declares 10% dividend :The members of Supreme Yarns, at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on Sep. 15, 2007, declared dividend of 10% for the year 2006-07.
Provogue India declares dividend : Provogue India declared a dividend of Rs 1.5 a share on the paid up equity capital of the company for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. The dividend was approved by the members of the company at its 11th Annual general Meeting held on Sep. 14, 2007.
