November 1st, 2007 — Bonus
The Board of Veer Energy and Infrastructure limited will meet on November 03, 2007 to consider planning an EGM to get the shareholders approval for the proposed Bonus issue.
Previously it was announced that the company is planning to issue Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:8:1 ( 1.8 shares will be allotted for every 1 equity share held by the share holders).
Record date for the Veer Energy Bonus issue is not yet fixed by the company.
November 1st, 2007 — Bonus
State Trading Corporation of India, Board members at their meeting held on October 31,2007 has recommended allotting Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (One equity share for every one equity share held) subject to the approval of the share holders of the company.
Previously on September 18th , 2007 the stock was trading at Rs 230 when the news of State Trading Corporation to consider bonus issue was announced. The stock has gained tremendously from then to trade at Rs 966 today.
Based on the State Trading Corporation Bonus issue approval news, the shares of the company are trading at Rs. 971.25 up locked at 5% upper circuit on the BSE at 2.07 pm.
Record date for the STC Bonus issue is not yet announced by the company.
October 30th, 2007 — Bonus, Indian-Stock-Markets
DMC International Bonus Issue Record date has been fixed as Nov. 13, 2007 by the board members of the company in their meeting held today.
DMC International has previously announced that the company will be issuing bonus shares in 1:1 ratio to the share holders of the company.
The company will allot 3.85 million fully paid new equity shares of Rs 5 each as bonus shares for the share holders of the company as on the Record date of 13th November 2007.
Shares of the company gained Rs 4.75, or 9.97%, to trade at Rs 52.4 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
October 23rd, 2007 — Bonus, Stock Split
Rajesh Exports Board of directors in their meeting held on 22nd October 2007, have approved the Bonus issue and the Sub division of the shares.
The Board have announced 2:1 Bonus issue that is 2 Bonus shares for every 1 equity share held and a 2:1 Stock split. The record date for the Rajesh Exports Bonus and Stock Split is not yet decided and the company will take necessary approvals from the share holders of the company, in the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

October 22nd, 2007 — Bonus
Axon Infotech in an annoucement made to the exchanges has informed that the share holders of the company at their Annual General Meeting have approved the Bonus Issue.
Previously Axon Infotech have informed that the company is willing to issue three bonus shares for every one equity share held by the share holders and that the Bonus issue is subject to the approval of the share holders at the AGM.
Axon Infotech share holders have thus approved the Bonus issue today at the AGM in 3:1 Ratio, the record date of the Bonus issue is not yet announced.
Shares of Axon Infotech today closed at Rs 597.55, up 1.73 per cent on the BSE.
October 20th, 2007 — Bonus
Board meeting of Ashapura Minchem will be held on October 24,2007 for considering the allotment of Bonus shares to the equity share holders of the company in 1:1 ratio.
The company has not yet announced about the record date for the bonus issue and mostly after the board meeting the date would be announced.
Ashapura Minichem reported very good results for the quarter ended June 2007 and the during the June quarter the company has recorded a growth of 54% in net profits to Rs 326 million from Rs 212 million in the corresponging quarter last year. Net sales of the company also recorded a steep rise to Rs 3,464 million.
Ahsapura Minichem company shares were last trading up Rs 4.65, or 1.79%, at Rs 265 on the BSE.
October 19th, 2007 — Bonus, Record Date
Parental Drugs in an annoucment made to the stock exchanges today has informed that the company has fixed 05,Nov 2007 as the Record date for the Bonus issue.
Parental Drugs will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the equity share holders of the company who will be entitled to recieve the bonus shares as on the Record date (05-11-2007).
Parenteral Drugs in its previous results have disclosed a phenomenal jump in net profits to Rs 60.18 million from Rs 13.12 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
Parenteral Drugs Shares were last trading up 4.68%, at Rs 178.95 on the BSE.
