Walchandnagar Industries Limited stock is locked at 5% upper circuit on the BSE, based on the company’s announcement of Bonus and Split. Earlier at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 25th November 2007 , the board members have recommended the following for the share holders of the company

Recommended special ‘Centenary Dividend’ of 100% on the equity shares of Rs 10/- each i.e. dividend of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per share, as the Company is entering into its centenary year on November 25, 2007. 

Issue of Bonus Shares : The Board recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders and other necessary regulatory approvals, if any, to issue Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (one bonus share for one share held).

Sub-division of shares : The Board recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders and other necessary regulatory approvals, if any, to sub-divide the equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each into 5 equity shares of Rs 2/- each. 

Walchandanagar Industries Limited is locked currently at Rs. 8478.25 up 5% on the BSE.

Rolta India Bonus Issue has been approved by the board and the Record date for the issue has been fixed as 25th January, 2008 . Previously on 19th of this month Rolta India has informed the stock exchanges that the company is considering Bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 (1 bonus share for every one equity share held by the share holders). Based on the Bonus issue news of Rolta India , Stock prices of the company closed today at Rs. 636.45 down (-0.65%) on the NSE.

Siemens Bonus issue has been recommended by the Board in their meeting held yesterday and the ratio of the Bonus shares is 1:1 (One Bonus share for every share held by the share holders). Stock price of Siemens flared up 14% today on the Bonus issue news and the stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2285 and is currently trading at Rs.1988 up 3.19 per cent from its previous close of Rs.1926.50 on the NSE. Bonus issue news was announced after the board meeting yesterday, where Financial Results of the company were also announced. Siemens Board has also declared a dividend of Rs.4.80 on each share for the share holders of the company. Update : Siemens Bonus Issue Record Date has been fixed as March 03, 2008 for issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 ( one bonus share for every share held). Siemens Bonus Record Date has been fixed in the company’s board meeting on 1st February.

Parle Software Bonus issue is to be considered in the upcoming board meeting of the company.In an annoucement made by the Parle Software to the stock exchanges the company has informed that the board members would meet on 30th November, 2007 to consider Bonus issue to the share holders of the company. Parle Software Bonus issue Record date and the ratio of bonus shares issue is not yet know and will be decided on the upcoming meetings.

Based on the Bonus issue news, Share prices of Parle Software moved up 10 per cent at Rs 1,470 inspite of the markets going down.

Satra Property Bonus issue has been approved by the board members of the company. The company will issue 2:1 bonus shares to the share holders of the company.

Further approvals from the Share holders of the company has to be taken for the Bonus issue. Record date for the Bonus issue is not yet announced by the company.

Based on the Bonus of Satra Property stock prices of the company scaled to new highs of Rs. 307.80.

Satra Properties in an annocument made to the Bombay Stock Exchange has informed, that the board of directors will meet on November 12, 2007 to consider Bonus issue.

Satra Properties Bonus Issue Ratio and the Record date will be annouced after the company’s Board meeting on November 12th, 2007.

Shares of the company closed at Rs.245.50 up 12.69% on the BSE today based on the Bonus news.
