GAIL – Gas Authority of India Limited in an annoucement made to the stock exchanges has informed that the Bonus issue has been approved and the record date for the bonus is fixed as October 7th, 2008.

Gail Bonus issue Ratio is fixed as 1:2 ( One Bonus share for every two equity shares held) by the share holders of the company as on the close of Record Date which is October 7th 2008.

Kamanwala Housing Construction Bonus Issue Record Date has been announced by the company. The company has set September 22, 2008 as the Bonus Issue Record date for the existing share holders. Previously the company has announced a liberal bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 (One Bonus Share for every equity share held) to the share holders of the company as on the Record Date.

Bonus Issue Record Date of Kamanwala Housing Construction helped the stock move up 6 percent as of close yesterday.

JM Financials Bonus Issue and Stock Split has been announced by the company. The board of the directors of the company also declared a dividend of Rs. 5 and a special purpose dividend of Rs. 20 to the share holders of the company.

JM Financials Bonus Issue Ratio is announced at 3:2 (3 Bonus shares for every two shares held by the share holders of the company and Stock split in the ratio of 1:10 (One equity share of Rs. 10 each will be sub divided in to 10 equity shares of Rs. 1 each).
