WH Brady Co Bonus Issue approved

WH Brady Co Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 27,2007 has decided to issue Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 (one share for every two shares held). The company will issue the bonus shares by utilising the free reserves available in the Profit and Loss Account of the Company.
