Ushdev International in an annoucement made to the stock exchanges has said that the Board of Directors will meet on 15th October to consider Bonus issue.
Ushdev International Board will also review the Rights Issue already announced and approved by the members in the EGM held on June 18, 2007 .
Rights issue of Ushdev International is in the ratio of 1 equity share at Rs 40 (that is including Rs 30 premium on the share price of Rs 10 each) for every 1 equity share held by the share holders of the company.
After the Ushdev International Bonus issue annoucement was made the stock price roared today to close at Rs 157.70 up 20% with 15,152 bidders and no sellers available to offer the shares.
Ushdev International Bonus ratio and record date will be decided in the meeting on Monday 15th October 2007.
