Rolta India Bonus Issue has been approved by the board and the Record date for the issue has been fixed as 25th January, 2008 . Previously on 19th of this month Rolta India has informed the stock exchanges that the company is considering Bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 (1 bonus share for every one equity share held by the share holders).
