Parle Software approves 3:1 Bonus Issue

In an annoucement made by Parle Software Ltd to the stock exchanges, the company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 30, 2007 has  Recommended Bonus Issue of Shares in the ratio of 3:1 ( 3 Bonus equity shares will be issued for every 1 equity share held) by the share holders of the company. Bonus Issue approval will be taken from the investors of the company and the Parle Software Bonus Issue Record Date will be announced after the EGM.
