Parenteral Drugs India announced that the board of directors of the company has approved the bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 and also recommended dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per share).
The company also informed that they are planning to propose issue equity shares on rights basis. More details on the rights issue of Parental Drugs will be available soon.
After the Parental Drugs bonus issue has been announced yesterday the stock is up nearly 5% at Rs 196.
