NIIT Technologies at its meeting held on Sep 03 2007  has announced that, it has completed the allotment of 19.55 million bonus shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of the company.
NIIT Bonus shares allotment was made in the ratio of 1:2, to the shareholders of the company holding shares on record date of Aug. 31, 2007.
