Gujarat Gas Bonus Issue has been announced by the company to the markets in its board meeting held yesterday. Gujarat Gas has announced a liberal 1:1 bonus issue . Post Bonus issue announcement the stock is up by 46 rs or 12 percent.
Gujarat Gas Company’s net profit rose 9.8 percent to Rs 47.83 crore in Q2 June 2009 over Q2 June 2008. Net sales increased 8.3 Percent to Rs 331.56 crore in Q2 June 2009 over Q2 June 2008.
