GAIL - Gas Authority of India Limited in an annoucement made to the stock exchanges has informed that the Bonus issue has been approved and the record date for the bonus is fixed as October 7th, 2008.
Gail Bonus issue Ratio is fixed as 1:2 ( One Bonus share for every two equity shares held) by the share holders of the company as on the close of Record Date which is October 7th 2008.
