Bank of Rajashtan Bonus Issue to be considered

Bank of Rajasthan Bonus issue will be considered by the board members in their upcoming board meeting which is to be held on May 31, 2008.

The company in an announcement made to the exchanges has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 31, 2008, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & year ended on March 31, 2008, in the said meeting the Board of Directors may also consider the recommendation of dividend and proposal of issue of Bonus shares, if any.
