National Stock Exchange of India and CRISIL have jointly launched an online portal called IndiaBondWatch.com which provides information about corporate bonds and Analysis of Bonds online. Indiabondwatch.com is an joint initiative between NSE and CRISIL to promote the market development for Corporate Bonds and securitized debt.
The portal will be developed exclusively as a one stop shop for all corporate bonds, apart from providing the bonds information the portal will also contain analysis , discussion forums about bonds in India and Opinions from experts regarding Corporate Bonds in India.
The above features will help the market of corporate bond and securitized debt markets by raising and discussing key impeding issues faced by issuers, investors and intermediaries in Indian markets.
IndiaBondWatch.com will also contain a reference section that will bring together all notifications, circulars, acts and regulations that have a bearing on participants in these markets.
