Blackstone acquires 50.1% stake in Gokaldas Exports for USD 165 million.If open offer successful, value of transaction will be USD 165 m(Rs 275/share). The price of transaction is at 20% premium to today’s closing price. The promoter holding in Gokaldas Exports will go down from 70% to 20%
